Tom Turco (742-77) is the head Girls Volleyball Coach at Barnstable High School. In his 35 years there he has coached the Red Hawks to 18 State Championships. He was selected as the NHSCA 2012 National Coach of the Year.
He was selected as the NHSCA 2012 National Coach of the Year. In 2008 he was named the AVCA National Coach of the Year. Tom has been named Boston Globe Coach of the Year 5 times as well as the NFCA Northeast Coach of the Year in 2000. Tom was inducted into the Massachusetts Girls Volleyball Coaches Association Hall of Fame in 2004. Coach Turco is also the Director of both the Cape Cod Volleyball Camp and the Barnstable Recreation Volleyball Camp. He has been the owner/director of the Cape Cod Junior Olympic Volleyball Club since it's inception in 1990.
